I'm Charles, a senior around Manchester and Tullahoma. Apex Pressure is my own thing — no crew, just me showing up with the washer.
I'm in ROTC and headed to the Air Force after graduation, so doing things right isn't optional. Apex Pressure is how I'm spending my senior year in the meantime — making driveways and decks look good around town while I save for what's next.
I use an electric pressure washer instead of gas. Quieter for your street, no exhaust smell, still plenty of punch to lift the grime. I bring my own chemicals and hoses too — all you provide is a working outdoor spigot.
Every job is done by me personally. Nothing is subcontracted, nothing is handed off. If you have a question after the job is done, you're texting the same person who did the work.
How I actually do the work
Two methods, chosen by surface — not the other way around. Siding, brick, painted wood, and anything that can be damaged by high pressure gets a soft-wash: a diluted cleaning solution at low pressure that dwells for a few minutes and then rinses off, killing mildew and algae at the root instead of blasting them loose. Flat concrete — driveways, walkways, patios — gets a rotating surface cleaner so tone stays even edge-to-edge, with wand detail on the borders, cracks, and expansion joints.
I'll tell you what your specific job needs before I quote it, and I'll be upfront when a stain (deep-set oil, permanent concrete stain, old paint overspray) won't fully come out. I'd rather set expectations honestly than overpromise and disappoint.
