How I decide travel fees
Simple rule: primary area (Manchester 37355, Tullahoma 37388) is always standard pricing with no travel fee. Anywhere else in Coffee County is treated the same. Bedford and Franklin County stops may carry a small travel fee for a single small job — but I usually waive it when I can pair two stops in the same weekend. If you're unsure, just ask when you request a quote and I'll tell you up front.
What to expect from a first visit
- 1. Text or form. Send your address, what needs cleaning, and a photo if it's easy. I reply the same day with a price range.
- 2. Confirm the day. We pick a date — weekends and weekday afternoons only. I text the morning of to confirm.
- 3. Walk the job. When I arrive I do a quick walk-around, point out anything that might not fully clean up, and confirm the final number before I start.
- 4. Wash, rinse, cleanup. I bring the washer, chemicals, and hoses — you supply the outdoor spigot.
- 5. Photos and payment. When I'm done I send photos, then take payment (cash, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle).

Which Middle Tennessee towns do you serve?+
Home base is Manchester (37355) and I cover all of Tullahoma (37388) with no travel fee. Beyond that I run a regular route through Coffee, Bedford, and Franklin counties — Hillsboro, Beechgrove, Summitville, Noah, Normandy, Wartrace, Estill Springs, and Belvidere. If you're near any of those and don't see your town, ask when you book.
Do you charge a travel fee for towns outside Manchester and Tullahoma?+
Sometimes. Anything inside Coffee County is standard pricing. Bedford and Franklin County stops may carry a small travel fee for a single small job, but I usually waive it if I can pair two stops in the same weekend.
How far will you drive from Manchester for a pressure washing job?+
Comfortably 30–35 minutes each way. That covers Shelbyville to the west, Winchester and Estill Springs to the south, and the Beechgrove exit to the north. Farther than that, I'll still quote you — I just need to bundle it with another job.
