How often to book each service — a maintenance calendar

Regular customers ask me to draft a "when to book what" calendar. Here it is — customize to your own home's needs.

### March

• Interior gutter cleaning
• Deck pre-inspection
• Order any stain/sealer needed for spring projects

### April

• Full house wash (siding + windows rinse + gutters)
• Driveway and walkway wash
• Front porch and entry refresh

### May

• Deck wash + brighten (before staining season)
• Fence wash if due

### June

• Deck stain (after wash + brighten cure)
• Patio wash if used heavily

### July

• Spot mildew touch-ups on shaded walls
• Outdoor kitchen / grill area cleaning

### August

• Playset / trampoline mid-summer refresh (if kids use)

### September

• Pool deck touch-up before pool close
• Prep for fall — trim vegetation from walls

### October

• Concrete tannin stain wash (post leaves)
• Gutter brightening

### November

• Interior gutter cleaning (post leaves)
• Front porch refresh before holidays
• Book spring wash early to lock in dates

### December–February

• Emergency spot cleaning only
• Storm damage cleanup as needed
• Plan next year's projects

For most single-family homes here, the essentials are:

• Annual house wash (April)
• Annual driveway wash (April, with house)
• Fall gutter clean (November)

That's about $400–$600/year and keeps most homes looking great. Everything else is optional based on your situation.
