The five questions I get on every quote call
Answering the same questions saves us both time. Here are the top five and my straight answers.
After hundreds of quote conversations, the same questions come up. Here they are, answered.
1. "How long will it last?"
- Vinyl siding wash: 12–18 months in Middle Tennessee
- Driveway: 12 months typically
- Deck: 2–3 years (wash), 3–5 years (stain refresh)
- Roof: 3–5 years
Variance is mostly about shade and tree cover.
2. "How long does it take?"
- Single-story house wash: 2–3 hours
- Two-story wash: 3–5 hours
- Driveway: 1–2 hours
- Combo (house + driveway): 4–7 hours, sometimes half a day
3. "Do I need to be home?"
No — as long as I have water spigot access and any gate is open. I'll text photos when finished. Payment is due within a week; I take cash, check, or card.
4. "Will it damage my plants?"
Not the way I do it. Pre-soak beds, tarp if needed, rinse after. I've never lost a plant.
5. "How do I pay?"
Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card. Payment due within a week of the job. No deposit for standard residential jobs.
Bonus: "Will you work with my HOA / rental company?"
Yes. Send me your property manager's info and I'll send a certificate of insurance and coordinate directly. Rental cleanups (post-tenant, pre-listing) are a big part of what I do.
